1. Data Controller

2. Personal Data We Collect

• Account information (required): email address for email signup. Kakao login stores only the Kakao user ID (provider ID). We do not request or store Kakao email.
• Optional signup data: birth year, birthday, gender, and solar/lunar calendar. A primary birth profile named “나” is created only when all three items are provided. Partial or refused optional data is not stored and does not limit account use.
• Birth information: date of birth, birth time, gender, birthplace (for fortune calculations or saved profiles)
• Birth profiles: birth data saved by members (name/label, multiple persons allowed). A primary profile named “나” may also be created from complete optional signup data, or on the first valid birth submission when the account has no profiles. Samjae calculation stays on the client; only a profile save is sent to the server in the same condition.
• Usage history: input summaries and timestamps for full readings, compatibility, Zi Wei, dream interpretation, love timing, etc. after login
• Dream interpretation input: dream narrative, post-waking emotion, and recurrence flag (when using dream interpretation)
• Tarot: chosen spread, card seats, and stored interpretation. Paid questions and follow-up chat are stored on the account. Public shares include only the card array, titles, and a short summary — never the question, full sections, chat, or account identifiers. Birth data is not collected. Guest daily results live in a same-day signed cookie only.
• Love timing preference: partner gender selected for a love-timing reading (stored on that reading record only, not on birth profiles)
• Inyeon Map (host, logged in): map title, public nickname, four pillar keys only for compatibility (raw birth date/gender/place/full chart not stored), participant nicknames and v2 derived compatibility results (element profiles, relation type, score, etc.)
• Inyeon Map (guest participant): birth input is used only for in-request calculation and is not stored on our servers; only nickname, v2 derived result, and a hashed access token are stored afterward
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, cookies (session maintenance)

Email signup is completed by entering information and required consents, then verifying a one-time code. Kakao login may optionally provide birth year, birthday, and gender; a primary profile is created only when all are provided. Unlinking Kakao deletes the Service account. For non-logged-in use, birth information is stored only on the user's device (browser storage) by default. Logged-in members may store birth profiles and usage history on our servers; follow-up chat messages (questions and replies) are also stored on the account. Dream interpretation stores the submitted dream text and generated interpretation on the account and sends the dream text to AI providers for interpretation. Love timing stores the selected partner gender on the specific usage record only (not on birth profiles). Inyeon Map guest birth input is discarded after calculation; only the host can view participant nicknames and individual results. Public invite links show an anonymous orbit map (relation type, element, chemistry distance), role counts, average score, and map reading from the first participant onward; with very few participants, individual chemistry scores may be easier to infer. Both are deleted upon account deletion or when the user deletes the relevant data. When a user explicitly creates a share link, birth information is stored on our servers and automatically deleted after expiry.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Member identification, login, and account management
• Creating a primary birth profile from optional birth year, birthday, and gender to prefill fortune forms
• Providing fortune-telling, saju, compatibility, and related services
• Share link creation and retrieval (when requested by the user)
• Service stability, fraud prevention, and customer support
• Boong payment processing, refunds, and customer support

4. Retention Period

• Account information: until account deletion (deleted promptly thereafter)
• Birth profiles: until account deletion (deleted promptly thereafter)
• Usage history: until account deletion (deleted promptly thereafter)
• Login sessions: up to 30 days (deleted on logout or expiry)
• Email OTP codes: 10 minutes after send (deleted after verification or expiry)
• Kakao OAuth pending state: 10 minutes (deleted after completion or expiry; access tokens are not stored)
• Consent records: until account deletion
• Shared link birth data: until the expiry date set at creation (default 120 days; auto-deleted after expiry)
• Compatibility share/invite: public links store only the user-entered public nicknames and compatibility result (no birth datetime). Completed shares expire after 120 days; unfinished invites expire after 14 days, and reserved credits are refunded.
• Follow-up chat and dream interpretation: until the user deletes the thread or the account
• Inyeon Map: retained for the host account lifetime (up to three active maps). Deleted immediately when the host deletes a map, deletes their account, or a participant self-deletes. Guest raw birth data is not stored.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or routinely disclose personal data to third parties. However, processing may be delegated or transferred internationally as described below where necessary to operate the Service.

6. International Transfers and Processors

Musoqa LLC is based in Wyoming, USA, and parts of our infrastructure and processing occuroutside your country (including the United States). Key processors include:

When you purchase Boong through Stripe, payment-related information and email are transmitted to Stripe, Inc. (United States).

7. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights:

• Access, correction, and deletion of personal data
• Account deletion (via in-service "Delete account" or email request). Kakao-linked accounts are unlinked on deletion.
• If you unlink the Service in Kakao account settings, the Service account is also deleted.
• Early deletion of birth data stored via share links

8. Data Deletion

Personal data is deleted promptly when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled. Shared link data is purged daily for expired entries. OTP codes and expired sessions are deleted regularly.

9. Cookies

We use an HttpOnly cookie (saju_session) to maintain login sessions. You may refuse cookies through browser settings, but login functionality may be limited.
