Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the fortune-telling and saju-related web services (the "Service") provided by Musoqa LLC (the "Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means fortune-telling, saju, compatibility, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and related content and features provided by the Company through jeomnyangi.com (Jeomnyangi) and associated domains.
• "User" means any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
• "Member" means a person who creates an account through email verification, Kakao login, or other methods designated by the Company.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise announced. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason for any change in advance.

Article 4 (Nature of the Service)

Content provided through the Service is based on traditional East Asian metaphysical systems (saju, Zi Wei Dou Shu, tarot, etc.) and is offered for entertainment and reference purposes only. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, or investment advice. Users bear sole responsibility for decisions made based on the Service.

Article 5 (Registration and Account)

• Registration is completed through email one-time password verification or Kakao login.
• Only users aged 14 or older may register. When a date of birth is provided, the Company may use it to verify this requirement.
• Email registrants must provide accurate email information and must not impersonate others.
• Kakao-registered accounts are identified by Kakao user ID. The Service does not collect Kakao email addresses.
• Members may request account deletion at any time through in-service features or by contacting support. Unlinking Kakao also deletes the account.

Article 6 (Use of the Service)

• Users may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• When entering birth information of third parties (compatibility partners, saved profiles, etc.), users must obtain consent from the data subject. The user is responsible for any issues arising from unauthorized use of others' information.
• Unauthorized copying, automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, and infringement of others' rights are prohibited.
• The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)

The Company offers Boong-based paid access to certain AI interpretation products (full reading, compatibility, Zi Wei Dou Shu). Boong is our paid-service usage unit. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Inc.

• Displayed prices include applicable taxes (VAT).
• The standard unit price is KRW 990 per use; refunds are calculated on this basis. Bonus Boong included in bundle promotions are excluded from refund calculations.
• Boong have no separate expiration date. If use is restricted due to service termination or similar circumstances, the Company will provide advance notice and handle any remaining Boong in accordance with applicable law and the notice process.
• Within 7 days of purchase, unused Boong may be cancelled. Uses for which digital content has already been accessed are excluded from cancellation.
• Mid-term refunds are calculated as: refund amount = payment amount − (uses consumed × standard unit price) − penalty (10% of payment amount).
• Results already viewed by the user remain accessible for free in the history vault; re-viewing the same result does not consume additional Boong.
• Auspicious-day calendar: public information (lunar date, day pillar, son-eopneun days) is available without login; personal scores require login, one 31-day account trial (KST, inclusive from explicit opt-in), then one Boong per profile for permanent unlock on that profile; personal horizon extends to 31 Dec of current KST year + 2 without extra charge for unlocked profiles; personal monthly scores are not stored server-side (public data is stored as versioned D1 releases); deleting an unlocked profile or account removes the personal entitlement.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property in the Service — including text, design, software, and trademarks — belongs to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior consent from the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure, communication failures, or third-party service outages beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Company does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Service content.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Disputes)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Where mandatory consumer protection rules apply to users residing in the Republic of Korea, those rules prevail. For disputes, please contact support@jeomnyangi.com first.
